The AM100 from Panasonic offers a variety of machine layouts with a wide range of options to offer you an optimum line suitable for all types of production. The AM100 aims to offer a one-machine solution for the pursuit of net productivity and high versatility. Equipped with 14 nozzles, program creation using the data creation system (NPM-DGS) as well as the Panasert data conversion tool which is installed in NPM-DGS as standard. The AM100 features multiple quality improvement features to enhance the placement capabilities which include Placement Height Control, Automatic Support Pin Replacement and a Component Verification Option.
