RGBW Lighting System
Our brand new RGBW Lighting System comes as standard on all of our AOI products allowing for uniform lighting over an increased field view and improves the detection of shallower joints. This lighting system also has an option UV lighting upgrade option to allow for UV inspection.
Laser Height Measurement System
Our Falcon Inline AOI system comes as standard with our laser height measurement system which offers the ability to inspect component heights and compare these to the provided date to offer an extra layer of inspection to ensure components are place correctly.
12MP Camera and 10 Micron Lens
The Falcon Inline features an upgraded camera and lens system over our Merlin Offline AOI. It uses a 12MP camera with a 10 Micron Lens to offer a much higher resolution over our standard camera system. This offers the ability to inspect much smaller components and increase the accuracy of the inspection by having more detailed images to analyse.
