Automatic Stencil Cleaning System
As standard the HP Series of Screen Printers from SJ Innotech come with an Automatic Stencil Cleaning System which uses a two step vacuum cleaning unit with the option of three cleaning methods, IPA, Vacuum and Blower while also allowing for manual cleaning as well if required. After the stencil has been cleaned the system automatically returns to stand by mode ready for the next cleaning interval.
Standard 2D Inspection
2D Inspection comes as standard allowing for quality checks to be completed even during the printing stage to ensure that all boards meet the required standard before proceeding further into the production line. The individual inspection area is up 11mm x 8mm with a per site inspection time of just 400ms. The software allows for easy programming using a stencil image and calculates the paste spread for each site based on supplied information.
PCB Array Inspection
As well as having 2D Inspection as standard the HP Series also has PCB Array Inspection which allows the system to inspect an individual mark of the FPCB on the JIG and detect if a PCB has been mounted incorrectly in the machine. This minimises the solder loss during the cleaning process when the FPCB is mounted on the JIG by an operator.
