The Seamark X-6600 X-Ray Inspection system features the world’s top Japanese made Hamamatsu X-Ray source, ensuring a maintenance free and long life X-Ray Tube. The X-Ray tube and detector move along the Z direction while the table moves along the X and Y axis with an adjustable speed, this enables a larger effective detection range improving the magnification and the detection efficiency of the product. Using a High-Definition digital flat panel detector, with a max incline angle of 60 degrees, samples can be observed from a unique perspective, allowing for easy identification of defects on the side of the product to achieve no dead angle detection.

The X-6600 can detect faults less then 2.5um with high detection and repeated accuracy, making gold wire bending and the break of a semiconductor package easy to distinguish. The machine also features a powerful CNC Measuring Function, allowing for automatic testing and program adaptation. This is suitable for large-scale inspection and improves detection efficiency. The machine utilises a large inspection area, to allow for various large-sized samples of up to 10kg.
