With a compact form factor and optional built in AOI system, the i4 revolutionises the Selective Soldering market by providing an all in one soldering and inspection solution. The Inline i4 offers the highest output, highest ROI while providing the most flexibility in the compact selective soldering market. Featuring two drop jet fluxer nozzles that can either work together to apply flux across two boards or work independently with different flux or nozzle sizes.
The Inline i4 is controlled via a Windows 10 based PC using the specialised Selective Soldering software that is tried and tested across all of the available soldering machines. The i4 offers the capabilities to handle up to 508mm x 508mm for a single board and has the flexibility to optimise the machine for different manufacturing board requirements while maintaining it’s compact size of just 1,300mm in length.

The inline i4 comes with four wave soldering nozzles, each two nozzles share a solder tank allowing for two different solders to be used if required or the same solder to increase the throughput when soldering panelled boards. The machine is capable of soldering singular PCBs of up to 508mm x 508mm in size, two vertical / horizontal panels of up to 250mm x 508mm dependant on the required rotation or four panels on a pallet of up to 250mm x 250mm. The machine can be programmed for each scenario to ensure that the highest output and ROI is met.
