Prey By Detech- RW 350 Wave Solder Machine

The RW-350 Lead Free Wave Soldering Machine features a patented design to reduce the cleaning frequency of the spraying chamber and filter, which also prevents the flux of the original filter from dripping onto the board from the top drip. It uses a special flux recovery system to increase the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the machine as the residual flux is able to flow to the collecting tank via the specially designed routing system.

The machine houses 3 bottom hot air convection zones to provide enough heat for the PCB with an additional 3 top preheating zones that can be added as an option. The wave height is adjustable via the software on the PC which is mounted to the right side of the machine, close to the solder pot, making wave height adjustment easy.

The RW-350 features a fully modular design which means each of the preheating zones can be independently moved out to make cleaning the machine easier. The hot air blower motors and the preheating modules can also be drawn out for easy maintenance and repair.

The vision system uses a fiducious camera which is used to make sure that the stencil and PCB are precisely aligned to avoid any issues with the final printing result. The machine also features a programmable printing head which is designed to meet the needs of different users that require different pressures on the front and rear squeegees. This can be used to prevent solder paste leakage and provide a stable levelling of the squeegees for precise solder paste transfer.
