The MR20 and MR20L machines feature 6 modular heads for high productivity with 2 additional precision heads for all-in-one functionality to place more specialised components while still keeping the speed of a regular modular head based machine. The MR20 houses the standard Ex Feeder base allowing for up to 40 Feeders on the machine with an optional Feeder base to add an additional 40 feeders giving a total of 80 feeders. The MR20L machine utilises the same head layout as the smaller MR20 however it houses larger feeder bases with up to 60 feeders as standard with an upgrade option to add an additional 60 feeders giving a total of 120 feeders.

The MR20 and MR20L machines feature 4 precision heads for the most flexibility when placing components, with a maximum component height of 25mm the precision MR20 machines of a wide range of flexibility while maintaining high speeds for productivity allowing up to 19,500CPH under optimal conditions. The standard MR20P features a feeder base supporting up 40 feeders with additional feeder base as an optional upgrade giving a total of 80 feeders on the standard sized machine. The MR20LP machine features an increased standard feeder base size allowing for up to 60 feeders with an option to add a second feeder base to allow for up to 120 feeders to be used on the machine.

The MR40 and MR40L machines feature 2 gantries, each with 6 modular heads and 2 precision heads for high speed production and for all-in-one functionality to place more specialised components with the 4 precision heads. The MR40 also includes two feeder bases at either side of the machine as standard to allow for up to 80 feeders on the machine. The MR40L machine uses the same gantry layout but has 2 larger feeder bases at either side of the machine to allow for up to 120 feeders on the machine as standard. Both machines can have a tray handler installed, on the MR40 this replaces the secondary feeder base leaving room for up to 40 feeders on the primary base. The MR40L  has room for 15 feeders on the secondary base with the tray handler installed but keeps the original 60 on the primary base.
