At Detech Europe we regularly keep machines in stock to reduce lead times for any urgent enquires we get. This allows us to provide certain machines to customers within a short space of time while ordering machines to replace the stocked machine to ensure that lead times are kept as low as possible with the current situation with the supply of new products and delays with shipping containers.

All new machines are fully inspected and tested to meet our quality checks to ensure every machine that leaves our warehouse is sent out in an immaculate condition that our customers anticipate when buying a new machine from Detech Europe.

All brand new machines come with a minimum of a one year warranty and service support with the option to purchase an annual service contract at the end of the year to include annual service visits to ensure the machine is within the recommended specifications and is in a good condition. With this annual service contract all technical support is also covered and additional call out days can also be included if required.
