Annual Servicing
Keeping your machines regularly serviced ensures less downtime and smooth running of your production line. We offer complete service packages to all out customers including an annual service visit and remote assistance throughout the year.
Feeder Repairs / Refurbishment
We also offer complete feeder refurbishment for all our existing Mirae customers to ensure a longer lifespan of every feeder. Each feeder sent in for repairs is professionally assessed and repaired by our team inhouse ensuring each feeder leaves to our own high standards.
Personalised Training
We provide packages for additional training for all of our equipment and create a personalised training plan to assist you or your staff wherever required. These training sessions can be completed at either our site, your site or remotely, whichever option best suits you.

They offer the repeatability and accuracy for even the most complete selective soldering jobs.
Together we developed an intelligent feedback system, allowing for our AOIs to inspect the solder joints straight from the selective solder machine and then feedback any faults found during inspection. This then automatically creates a new program when the same board enters the Selective Soldering Machine to correct any faults previously found on the PCBA. This offers a truly revolutionary closed circuit loop to eliminate any soldering problems before coming off the line to and then require reworking.

Together these system provide full traceability for every component reel from the moment it enters the factory, until the reel is finally depleted on the manufacturing line.
The Galileo Incoming System automatically recognizes each reel as it is scanned providing a custom label including a UID to offer complete traceability of every reel including individual quantities. This combined with the Archimedes Storage System, offer an incredibly easy to use stock control system for your components.
