Our entry level X-Ray System, the Owl, features a high resolution FPD with a 3-axis motion system which meets entry level inspection demands as well as 90kV 5µm closed X-Ray tube. It has a max loading area of 235mm x 205mm and a max inspection area of 165mm x 190mm with up to 200x magnification. This machine is suitable for inspecting the following components: SMT, BGA, Flip Chip, LED Detection, Semiconductors, Packaging Components, Batteries, Electronics, Automotive Parts, Moulding Plastics, Ceramics and Aluminium Die-casting.
