The SASinno Unit-i1 is the next generation of Selective Soldering machines. With a compact form factor and optional built in AOI system, the i1 revolutionises the Selective Soldering market by providing an all in one soldering and inspection solution. The Unit-i1 features a single drop jet fluxing nozzle with a built in bottom IR preheating zone. The conveyor table moves in the X and Y direction via a servo motor, while during the fluxing and soldering process, it combines with the nozzle and solder pots Z axis to allow for X, Y and Z motion.

The all new compact selective soldering range offers an optional upgrade to have a unique AOI Inspection system installed in the machine to allow for inspections to be completed as soon as the soldering process is done but within the same machine so that any soldering fails, can be caught and fixed there and then to avoid rework at a later stage in the manufacturing process.
