The SASinno Mas-i2 Inline Selective Solder System delivers precision selective soldering designed to integrate seamlessly into your production line, combining fluxing, preheating, and soldering into a single automated machine.
The Mas-i2 features a German-made drop jet fluxer as standard, with an optional second unit achieving flux drop diameters as small as 2mm. Two heavy-duty titanium solder pots, each with a 15kg capacity, can run simultaneously to double output on smaller board formats.
Thermal management is handled by a combination of top convection and bottom IR preheating zones with PID control, while all-servo motion control delivers a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm — making the MAS-i2 ideal for tight-pitch components on densely populated boards.
