Annual Servicing

Feeder Repairs / Refurbishment
We offer complete feeder refurbishment for all our existing Mirae customers, to offer a longer lifespan for every feeder. Each feeder sent to us for repair, is professionally assessed, repaired, and cleaned, ensuring each feeder refurbishment is of the highest standard.
Personalised Training
We provide additional training packages for all our equipment and create a personalised training plan to assist you and/or your staff where required. Providing smart storage solutions, Arcadia have designed, develop and manufacture the Archimedes Smart Storage System and the Galileo Incoming System. Together these systems provide full traceability for every component reel, from the moment it enters the facility, until its depletion on the manufacturing line.
The Galileo Incoming System offers automatic recognition for each reel as it is scanned, providing a custom label, to include a UID and offer complete traceability even via individual quantities. The Archimedes Smart Storage System uses individual slots with pressure sensors and LEDs to provide an easily identifiable way to locate and pick the reels required for production. This allows for reels to be stored in any location and easily identified by the correct reel being illuminated by LEDs, which drastically improves your pick and production preparation times. The combination of the Galileo and Archimedes Storage System, offers an efficient and incredibly easy to use smart stock control system for your components.

This area gives the customers a full hands on experience of all of Detechs major lines. This includes Panasonic placement, SAS Inno selective soldering and the many products now made by Prey Limited.
