Our entry level X-Ray System, the Eagle, features a high resolution FPD with a 3-axis motion system which meets entry level inspection demands as well as 90kV 5µm closed X-Ray tube. It has a max loading area of 440mm x 400mm and a max inspection area of 420mm x 380mm with up to 360x magnification. This machine is suitable for inspecting the following components: SMT, BGA, Flip Chip, LED Detection, Semiconductors, Packaging Components, Batteries, Electronics, Automotive Parts, Moulding Plastics, Ceramics and Aluminium Die-casting.
