Our mid level X-Ray System, the Eagle Plus, features a multi function workstation with ±60° rotation and X-Y multi-axis movement. The Eagle Plus comes with a 90kV 5µm closed X-Ray tube with a 4″ image intensifier and 2 mega pixel CCD camera. It has a max loading area of 510mm x 420mm and a max inspection area of 435mm x 385mm with up to 600x magnification. This machine is suitable for inspecting the following components: SMT, BGA, Flip Chip, LED Detection, Semiconductors, Packaging Components, Batteries, Electronics, Automotive Parts, Moulding Plastics, Ceramics and Aluminium Die-casting.
